Simple Ways to Have Happy Experiences

Happiness is the feeling you feel now, now you don't feel the emotion. I know this from personal experience and from hearing other people's experiences. Sometimes I am very happy, other times sad, happy, happy, frustrated, sometimes very neutral.

Several years ago I did not have a reference point for the word happy. Technically I knew the meaning of the word, but the experience eluded me. Joy that I can do, happy for some reason, no.

One day during a workshop, the word happiness was introduced to me with great laughter from the audience. Now I not only feel happy, but also remember it as a pleasant experience.

There are many little things that can make me happy and also give me infinite joy. I've listed seven easy ways to experience a happy moment, but first check that you have a reference point for the word happy. Find out what happiness really means to you?

1- Remember or create a happy moment. When you experience happiness, your mind and body will remember. Feel happiness in all your parts, extend that feeling if necessary. Practice this daily.

2- Access to the present moment. Watch what happens to you when you focus completely on a comedy show on TV, when you listen to upbeat music, or when you dance, even if you're alone. Sometimes having a tune in my office when no one is looking makes me feel relaxed and calm, gives me a break from what I'm doing and laughs at myself.

3- Invite your friends to spend some time playing. Organize paper, crayons, paint, colored pencils, whatever comes to mind and do some sketching or painting. You can also ask each person to bring a plate of food.

4. Spend time with nature, go for a walk on the beach or in the park; Observe wildlife in your area or visit a plant nursery. Observe your mood when you are in the spirit of nature.

5- Take something that gives you a lot of pleasure, like a book, a writing journal or an MP3 player, and sit under the treetops for a few hours.

6- Learn something completely new like another language; Ceramics, painting, start a program of meditation, personal or spiritual development. You are only limited by your imagination.

7- Join a club or group that interests you, and then you can broaden your friendship base with other like-minded souls.

With any of the above activities, rate how you feel and how you feel, as well as where you are emotionally and how much you laugh, smile, or smile. Remember it fully by living the experience and then you can recall that memory whenever you want.

Include in your memories the colors, smells, sounds and tastes to better remember your happy time.

Quiet time spent alone can open the door to the possibility of connecting with this most wonderful and magical part of you that is your true self and inner spirit.

From my experience, the key to a happy life begins with remembering who you are, knowing what gives you pleasure, being present and knowing that no matter your circumstances, no one can take away your thoughts or dreams, they are yours forever. as long as you want.
